Salt Glow

Salt scrubs are among my favorite spa treatments at home. Its basic character is
softening and glowing so by using it your skin will be soft and glowing.

1/4 cup coarse salt (sea salt or kosher salt)
2 tbsp. olive oil
3-4 tablespoons lemon juice
Mix salt and oil together
Then add the lemon juice
Make a semi liquid paste
Massage into the skin during a shower.
Rinse, pat dry and apply a natural moisturizer.

Soft Oatmeal Mask

1 of tbsp. honey (liquid)
1 egg yolk

1/2 cups oatmeal ground (not immediately)
1/4 cup honey

1/4 teaspoon essential oil for fragrance of your choice (optional) Vanilla works fine
Mix brown sugar and oatmeal together in a large bowl
Now add the honey
Drizzle with oil in the mixture, Mix well
When all stirred saturated and sinks to the bottom of the cup and you have oil
on top of cup. Add the essential oils or fragrance in it. A six or eight ounce wide-
